These amazing large tapestries are suitable for a variety of uses. Covering your bed, a tablecloth, draping across your wall, laying out at the beach, using as a window curtain. Limit is your imagination. :-)
*** The handblock process is regarded as the earliest and slowest of all printing methods. A wood block is carved or created for each color and pattern comprising the textile. Crafted into effectively a stamp, by hand the wood block is hand pressed with additional pressure by mallet to create the fully tapestry. Once complete, the textile is wound through drying rollers. This method is slow, but shown to produce high level of detail in art, compared to other techniques.
